No pets are allowed.

No fireworks allowed. The roof of the house is flammable and the nearest fire department is in Rocky Point.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

No loud noise or music after 10 PM. Please respect the neighbors.

ATV’s and Jet skis are not allowed by homeowner association rules.

Please conserve water. All water is made by reverse osmosis that requires considerable electricity. The water is very pure and is drinkable. OK for brushing teeth or washing. Bottled water is provided for drinking, making coffee or ice cubes.

Linens for the beds and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels for use outside the house. Washer and dryer are not available to guests.

Please leave the house clean on check out. We reserve the right to charge if extra cleaning is required to restore the house. Extra cleaning charges will be deducted from your deposit.
