Casa del Milagro’s beach front rental house features four bedrooms and four bathrooms comfortably sleeping ten people.  The separate Casita has one bedroom with a king bed, a bunk bed in the living room and a bathroom.

Both Main house and Casita are well equipped with conventional appliances and satellite TV.  The house features a large patio, built in barbecue, upstairs margarita deck with expansive views, and an out door shower.

The kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. We supply bottled water as well.  There’s a blender to make margaritas, and a full compliment of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and a coffee maker and Keurig machine. 

The great room has a magnificent brick copula, working gas fireplace, and entertainment center.  The doors to the patio provide a fabulous view of the beach and nearby ocean.

The patio features a gas fire pit that is a great focal point for gathering your friends in the evening.  Gas is supplied from 6 PM to 10 PM only. 

Instructions for operating the fire pit, barbecue, entertainment center and A/C units are in the binder found on the coffee table in the main house.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Tempur pedic mattress, dedicated A/C and heater, private bathroom, and a view of the ocean through the separate door to the patio.

There are three other guest rooms in the main house, one just off the patio with its own door to the beach and private bathroom and queen bed. Another room is at the end of the hall for more privacy with a dedicated bathroom.  It has a comfortable king bed and a large rattan chair for relaxing.  The fourth bedroom features both a queen bed and a bunk bed that offers a fun place for kids to sleep, and a private bathroom.  There is a DVD player for kids.  Each room has a separate A/C and heater.

Casa del Milagro features a private cook that is included with your rental.  Sonia is a master of Mexican cuisine.  Just let her know your lunch and dinner preference and how many people and leave the cooking to her. You can select from her menu choices and she will purchase food and supplies for you in town.  Please reimburse her for groceries bought in town when she arrives.  If dinner includes an expensive ingredient, such as shrimp, you may want to advance her some funds.  She will keep receipts so you can settle up at the end of the day.
