Payment Schedule
- One-half of rental fee is due at time of reservation.
- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM unless special arrangements are made with the owner.
Security deposit: we do not collect a security deposit payment. Rather a hold is placed on your credit card for $500. The hold is released seven days after your stay.
Cancellation Policy
“In the event that you need to cancel after Milagro has received your payment, we will be happy to return your payment if we are able to re-rent the property during the scheduled days. We will make reasonable attempts to re-rent your reservation. If we are unable to re-rent, all payments will be forfeited. The more time you give us, the better the odds of finding a replacement guest.
* Note that refunds are returned net of the 3% fee we must pay to the CC companies.
Casa del Milagro is booked or do you have more than 14 guests? Then check out our next door neighbor, Casa de Ole, as an alternative accommodation or for additional capacity. Many folks rent them together for large groups and it works great!
