Rental Terms

	Casa Del Milagro is a luxury rental home located directly on the Sea of Cortez. The main house can comfortably accommodate 10 people while the guest house can handle 4 people.
	During high season - March through July, and the months of September & October - the main and guest house are only rented together. The current daily rate for both is $700. The weekly rate is discounted to $4,200.
	During off season - November through February and the month of August - the main and guest house are available separately. The current off season daily rate is $575 for the main house and $175 for the guest house.
	A 10% Mexican hotel tax will be added to all rentals.

All rentals include maid service and cooking services. We've stocked the house with bath towels, linens, pantry basics, and soap. Renters should bring their own beach towels. The house has a four stage water filtration system, but you can bring your own drinking water. If you forget something, there is ample shopping for essentials in town. Beyond that, you'll need to bring yourself, friends, a smile, and plans for a wonderful stay!
