Casa Del Milagro is a self-contained operation complete with solar power, batteries, back up generator, trucked in propane, and a water desalinization system.  There is plenty of power and water on hand to accommodate a full house but guests should be prudent to conserve where possible.  By no means should the main house have more than 10 guests and the guest house have more than 4 guests at any one time.  It stresses the systems and the house!

Water is provided by a newly installed state-of-the-art desalinization system.  This system provides safe drinking water.  You do not have to bring your own drinking water, but if you want to, this is fine.

The newly updated central air conditioning system insures the main and guest houses are cool.  Please be sure to conserve!  It is best to turn off lights when not using them and perhaps forego hair driers, electric shavers, and curlers while in Mexico.  Conscientious use of water will assure enough for your stay so try to avoid extremely long showers.  Please take laundry home to conserve water and maximize your fun in the sun.

If for some reason something runs out, please notify the maid.  An extra charge will apply for restocking propane if usage is deemed inappropriate.
